(Western Asturias)
We keep our team small and deliberately limit our commissions to focus exclusively on the uncompromising transformation of historic ruins into warm, high-performance homes. We partner with clients who demand exceptional craftsmanship and understand that doing things properly leaves zero room for shortcuts.
We do the graft ourselves from day one. Our in-house work covers site groundworks, selective demolition, structural rebuilds, breathable insulation, lime plastering, underfloor heating, plumbing, and electrics. When a project demands it, we tow our own mobile sawmill to the site to restore original chestnut beams or mill fresh timber on the spot. Outside the walls, we rehabilitate the surrounding land, offering complete landscaping directed by a qualified horticulturist and restricted-access tree felling by certified climbers.
Nationwide Specialist Services & Supply
While our full-scale restorations are firmly rooted in Western Asturias, our specialist application and supply divisions operate across Spain:
-
Machine-Applied Insulation: Our specialist hemp and cork spraying services are an exception to our local radius and are available nationwide.
-
National Distribution: When we are not on the tools, we supply and support high-quality restorations across the country. We distribute natural, vapour-permeable insulation (Steico, Diasen, Hemp) and commercial-grade Victron off-grid power plants nationwide. Every system and material we ship is backed by years of hands-on installation experience.
